Brush your teeth 3 times a day:
Morning, afternoon, and night
2) Don't
forget to floss your teeth every night before you go to bed.
3) Always
let an adult help you brush and floss your teeth.
4) When brushing
children's teeth, use only a pea-size amount of toothpaste with
fluoride.
5) Start
brushing a child's teeth as soon as they appear.
6) Visit
your dentist on a regular basis...every 6 months.
7) Try not
to eat too many sugary snacks and drinks such as candy, cookies,
gum, juices, and cokes.
8) Try to
limit your snacks: Choose nutritious foods such as pretzels, fruit,
vegetables, yogurt and cheese. |
